lies within the screwdown crown paired with a manual wind movement - there are several Rolex handcrankers with screw down crown that have worked for decades without a problem, so if you are careful to avoid crossthreading the crown and tube you are safe I guess. Some time ago I also NEEDED a seconds hand on the watch but nowadays i prefer just 2 hands on watches like the Tank for example and I can live without one on a Reverso, but it wouldn't hurt to have one.

Jaeger-LeCoultre: Well, actually this is the classique, it only looks huge in the picture

due to my small wrist and the angle how the photograph was taken. Medium would be the largest Reverso size that I can pull off on my small wrist, GT is unfortunately not doable for me size-wise.
